The Approach and Methodology for Career Focus and Mapping Workshops


Intensive One-to-One sessions adopting a structured and integrated approach to career assessments based on personal interests, formal education, behavioural strengths, competencies, career stage, personality type, personal branding etc. The session starts by an initial examination of the career background, stage, issues and expectations followed by an in-depth assessment, discussion and analysis of best career options adopting an integrated approach. An action plan covering a period of 6 months to one year is finalized after each session.

EC also runs more intensive sessions for individual Branding Assessment to assist in determining and developing personal brand for self-marketing. This would involve analysis of personal branding, self-presentation and regular follow- up. Sessions can be held on-site at client’s facility.

The Approach & Methodology for Consulting & Advisory Services


An initial discussion and diagnosis of the improvement areas identified by the client company will be discussed in detail and an intervention plan encompassing three stages will be proposed accordingly: The first stage would be geared towards addressing the areas for improvement in alignment to the other existing HR parameters and in HR Service Delivery.
