This intervention has a unique content with a strong focus on optimizing Daily Hotel Revenue, Innovative Service Strategies, Wedding & Events Service Design (including Conferencing) and Offers etc.
The content and substance of this intervention (which is much more than just a course) is unique and represents new ways hoteliers should be approaching their clientele and at the same time developing capacity building internally to harmonise their approach and identity.
This intevwention would allow defining strategies to contribute to daily sales revenue figures per guest profile and harness a sales culture – especially strategies aimed at optimizing daily revenue through innovative service offers. It highlights key aspects/moments of customer service/interaction and offers and as part of the training an action plan can be defined per section/department by the participants and which will outline various strategies to optimize sales opportunities based on the client mix and occupancy levels at the hotel at various seasons/period of the year.
As part of the intervention, the participants trained will constitute a Committee of Brand/Sales Amhbassadors who shall meet regularly to fine tune cross-selling opportunities across the hotel and better capture guests requirements and improve guest interaction.
